Refund Policy All requests for refund or credit must be made in writing within 30 days of receipt of the order. A refund or credit will not be issued for software that has been installed and licensed or for orders older than 30 days. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipping and handling charges apply if you require media. The minimum shipping and delivery charge is $25.00, which includes a CD-ROM and delivery within Australia and New Zealand via standard surface mail. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us for details.

Software Upgrade Maintenance (SUM) Program

The Software Upgrade Maintenance (SUM) program was developed to provide customers with continual upgrade and support options on all Brooks software applications.
